Dispel Magic is the highlight of the class, amounting to bulk of PvP capability. It is a hybrid specialization, intended to heal and damage as needed. The Discipline tree grants defense twofold-passively defending Priest from harm, while also allowing Priest to actively self-defend with offensive spells made stronger. But there is a catch-out of the two specializations, Discipline is the only valid one for PvP, since Holy Priest is too soft to to survive close-quarters rendez-vous, making the specialization seldom played in PvP. In terms of PvP, Healer Priest is an excellent option with a vast arsenal of tools for every circumstance.
